Creating Question Response Sets

1. From the SmartSolve Portal Page, click the Home tab.
2. In the Setup and Policy section, click Setup.
3. In the System Wide section, click Question Response Set.
   Result: The Question Response Sets list window is displayed.
4. Click Action > Add.
   Result: The Question Response Set entry window is displayed.

5. Enter the code for the new question response set.

6. Click the Save button.
   Result: The new question response set has been added and the Detail of the question response set is displayed.
7. Click the Response tab to define the responses for the question response set.
8. Click Action > Add.
9. Enter the response and click the Save button.
   Result: The new response has been added and is displayed in the Response tab of the Question Response Set record.

NOTE: Steps 8 and 9 must be repeated for all responses to be added to the response set, unless the Add Another checkbox is enabled.
